  1. Sam Says:

No. The White House is not a “DC Posh Hotel”. It is the executive mansion of the United States. She is entitled to live there as a member of the Obama family.

  2. badmotherrucker Says:

But I suppose you would let white people stay for free.

  3. Ali Raza Says:

    YES why NOT

  4. Jbuckeye Says:

Would you not let your mother move in with you?

  5. Just-LIZ! Says:

Take it out of Obama’s and Michelle’s salary. I think that would be a plausible solution.

  6. southarkansas Says:

by law the mother is not part of the immediate family unit -she would not be entitled to be part of the white house family housing-other then that i couldn’t care less

  7. judo702 Says:

It’s cheaper than paying to hire a nanny which is in Obamas budget.

  8. Fed up American Says:

She’s living with them now, she will live with them then. Go away and worry about more important things.

  9. Duchess X Says:

Glad to know the GOP is focused on the important issues facing the country

  10. Leni C Says:

No. Why are you making this an issue, when we are facing real problems.

  11. Shiraz! The Legend continues.... Says:

its more likley Obama will invite Akmedinajad, OBL and Hugo Chavez in exchange for donations to fund his re-election…..in the Bill Clinton fashion of selling off favors and influence to the highest bider.

  12. fdm215 Says:

What for? The First Family has to pay for most of its own expenses (food, laundry.etc) anyway. You are incorrect. The Obamas are perfectly free to invite a family member to live with them. In fact, Mrs. Robinson would not be the first mother in law to move in.

    This is another silly complaint.

  13. Victory Over Poseurs Says:

    No.

When you have relatives stay at your house, then you can charge them.

While he is president The White House IS obama’s home and he can have whoever he wants in his family live with him.

    Deal with it.
